Ms. Ng Ka Yi

the business development manager, has over 11 years of experience in property valuation, real estate investment and land acquisition. She holds a bachelor degree of science in surveying and a master degree of science in conservation. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.

Mr. Andrew Ho Kar Kin

the financial controller, has over 21 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing. He holds a bachelor degree in accountancy. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Ms. Cici Wong Shi Wai

the group legal counsel, has over 27 years of experience in legal field. She holds a bachelor degree in laws, a postgraduate certificate in laws and a master of laws degree in corporate and financial law. She is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.

Ms. Tse Yu Yan

the company secretary, is responsible for the Group’s company secretarial matters. She has over 22 years of experience in company secretarial and corporate governance practices. She holds a bachelor degree in accountancy. She is an associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She is also a HKCGI Sustainability Professional.

Mr. Tong Kwok Lun

the chief representative of the Vietnam Division, is responsible for the Group’s development projects in Vietnam. He has over 21 years of experience in property investment and development. He holds a bachelor degree in real estate.
